How do I reset my password?
If you signed up with an email and password, you can use the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen. If you logged in via a third-party service (Google, Apple, Facebook), you must manage your password through that service.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from the "Settings" or "Profile" section within the MochiNest app. Please note that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
How do I add a new pet?
Navigate to the "Pet" tab and look for an "Add Pet" or "+" icon. You will be prompted to enter your pet's details, such as name, breed, and vaccination records.
How do I report inappropriate content?
If you see a post or user in the community section that violates our guidelines, please use the "Report" feature (often found in a three-dot menu "...") next to the content. Our moderation team will review it promptly.
Are the games free?
Yes, all classic mini-games included in MochiNest are free to play.
